Service Activated Roadside Assistance (SARA) is triggered by the date of the last maintenance or seasonal check in the DMS. The maintenance date is recorded in a different way for each DMS. Online Service History (OSH) is the car's digital service book in which maintenance is recorded through the make.
The most recent maintenance date in OSH is compared with the maintenance date in the DMS. This takes into account executing dealer, which should be the same in both data sources.
The moment the date in OSH is more recent than in DMS, there is an option to have the date adjusted in the Contact module. This can be done by car or automatically.
Click on 'your relations' and 'data scans'

Click on the 'SARA OSH vs DMS' button

Comment
If a car is still entitled to assistance based on factory warranty or a used car programme, please feel free to correct the date. This does not affect settlement with other assistance programmes.
