This section is all about respecting the customisation of customer contact preferences. If a customer is blocked from communication in your DMS system, this is respected in the Contact module. This is done automatically.
Every e-mail sent from the Contact module includes an unsubscribe option. Basically, the customer has the option to unsubscribe from commercial messages and/or car-related messages.
If your company uses its own unsubscribe page then it can be linked to the
unsubscribe link. Please contact us for this if we need to set this up.
An unsubscription to an e-mail message is automatically processed in the Contact module but not in the DMS system. Processing unsubscriptions manually in your DMS system is possible. You can download a list explained in this category.
