Service Retention Measurement

The Service Retention Measurement lists the cars that have visited your company within the service interval based on time. Broken down by car age and make, the data is displayed in a table.

Click on 'your relations' and 'data scans'

Select the 'Service Retention Measurement' button

In this overview, we have loaded the data from your DMS into the Contact module and looked at whether a visit has taken place no later than two months after the time-based maintenance interval.

Cars - Potential in DMS

These are all the cars we added up based on age (date of first registration). Cars that were blocked in the Contact module are not counted in this summary to make it clean.

Cars - Loyal

Of all the cars we have added up, we now look at which of them have been in your company's workshop. We take into account the time interval maintenance of the particular model and the date of the last maintenance. In this, a car may be up to 2 months late with a visit.

Loyal

We divide the loyala cars by the potential and this generates a loyalty figure.

Tip
