Create campaign
Click the 'send campaign' button to take the first step.
1 - Name the campaign
This name will only be used for and by you.
2 - Select the medium
Choose what you want to send to your customers.
3 - If e-mail
Enter the subject of the e-mail you want to send.
4 - Next step
Click the 'next step' button.
5 - Select template
Select the template in the appropriate tab that you want to send to your customers. After selection, a pop-up window opens with the preview.
6 - Click the 'select' button at the bottom of the preview
7 - Select selection(s)
Click the selections on the left side of the
screen to send.
For example, use a test selection with all your colleagues to drive all your mailings. Do keep in mind that the data must also be present from all merge fields in the template.
Click the 'gebruik geselecteerde' button to go to the next step.
Remark: if duplicate e-mail addresses occur in the selections, they are automatically deduplicated.
The campaign summary is displayed for you on this page. All elements of the mailing are listed here again for you to check.
8a - Send campaign directly
Click 'Send'.
8b - Plan campaign in
Click the 'Schedule in calendar' button to send the mailing at a later time and to divide the mailing into pieces if necessary.
In this case, enter the number of customers to be sent by mailshift and click the 'Enter date and time' button.
Click on the calendar icon to select the date by shift and you can select the time next to it. Then click the save button.
The campaign is scheduled or sent, just what you selected.
