Adjust contact moment


Click the edit button to modify or activate a contact moment.

Activate for
Click on send list and/or follow up list to determine where you want to use the contact moment.

Exclude brands
If for a brand you represent a certain contact moment should not be calculated then the brand can be excluded by ticking it.

Select medium
Select the order of the media you want to deploy. The order determines the preference of the media to be deployed. For example, if you select 'e-mail' otherwise 'SMS', an SMS will be sent if the customer's e-mail address is not known.

Send BCC to
If you want to receive a copy of an e-mail sent to the customer, you can enter one or more e-mail addresses.

Automatic dispatch
Click send automatically to have a contact sent every day at a specified time. Until this time, you have a daily opportunity to check rules in the send list.

Shipping criteria
Enter the variable values to define the moment when a contact moment should be calculated in the mailing list.

Follow-up criteria
Enter the variable values to define the moment when a contact moment should be calculated in the mailing list.
