If you want to activate one-year assistance for a customer, you can do so provided that the brand is affiliated with a roadside assistance provider. At the time the contact moment is displayed then it is possible to activate a year's assistance.
Step 1
Select 'Activation SARA period'.
SARA stands for Service Activated Roadside Assistance.
Step 2
Find and select customer
Step 3
Select the new start date of the assistance period and click 'save'
