To view the shipping criteria from the shipping list, hover on the plane icon with your cursor. The moment the icon is green then shipping is set to automatic.
If you place the cursor on the icon you will see the settings and the set sending time.
If the icon is coloured grey, then sending is set to manual from the mailing list.
