Customer or car search
Search a customer by name, customer number, phone number or e-mail address. Click the 'search car' tab to search by registration number.
Optionally, select the source you want to search in and whether you want to exclude blocked customers from the search.
If you have selected a customer, a new screen will open with all available information in different tabs.
Cars
Select to view the cars linked to the customer.
Tenders
If quotes are known, they will be shown.
Test drives
If test drives are known, they will be shown.
Contact history
View customer contact history with sent messages.
Missed removed
If a contact has not been sent then it will be displayed under this tab.
