To make your account more secure, we use 2FA (two-factor authentication). Here, in addition to your password, you perform an additional check via an app on your phone.
Note: From 1 July 2026 2FA is mandatory. Without activation, you can no longer log in.
How to activate 2FA
- Log in to the Contact module
- Go to 'My profile' (top left of screen)
- Click on 'Set up 2FA login'
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator)
- Enter the 6-digit code that appears in the app
After activation, you will be automatically logged out. You then log in with your password and the code from the app.
