Automatically, all customers linked to more than 20 cars in the DMS are placed on the block list. The reason for placing these customers on the block list is that, on average, they are internal customers or car companies you do not want to communicate with.

Your DMS provides data of the car's driver to the Contact module. In principle, every car has a unique driver, unless the customer has several cars serviced by you.

Remove customers from the block list who are automatically blocked
Should you want to remove customers from the block list, you can. Look up the customer in the Contact module and tick the option 'avoid automatic blocking'.
