Customer and car data are checked in the Contact module at several points. The moment a noteworthy message is present on the car it is displayed with an attention icon.
By hovering the cursor over the icon, you can see which notification is in force on the car.
Notifications you can expect
- Service or recall action open o n the car
- Car probably no longer owned by customer
- Registration dates differ from RDW / DIV
- The car's inspection has expired
- Customer unsubscribed from receiving messages
- Invalid number plate on the car
- The car has been exported
- The car has been dismantled
