If the 'Blocked' checkbox is checked for a customer, nothing is sent to the customer and the customer remains out of view everywhere in the Contact module. If 'Unsubscribed from news and offers' is checked, no campaign will be sent to this customer. If 'Unsubscribed for car-related messages' is checked, automated contact messages will not be sent.
