Click on the category ‘AFTER SALES‘ and then on ‘APPOINTMENT‘.
Click on the mark to change the template. Based on the URL, confirmation is sent to the customer.

In the above example, the NL-language Jaguar version is sent. To send a Land Rover attachment, replace jaguar with land-rover.
