Select 'e-mail coverage' from the information menu.
Percentage of e-mail
The number of active cars with a linked customer whose mail address is known in the DMS.
The definition of active cars is based on a workshop visit in the past 14 months.
The second tab shows the number of active customers with an e-mail address in the DMS.
