An e-mail address is an important data field for a customer to communicate. Through the e-mail scan, you will have insight into the e-mail coverage of your customer base. This scan tells you how many addresses you have from your loyal customers and from your total database.
Click on 'your relations' and 'data scans'
Click on 'e-mail scan'
The number of customers in your DMS are shown here versus the number of customers with a valid e-mail address.
The top columns represent the total file, the bottom ones those of the customers who have still been in your car dealership in the last 14 months.
Remark:
Customers who are blocked are not counted in these statements.
