Finding a customer with associated data, contact moments and more has been improved!
- Go to 'search' in the menu 'your relationships‘
- You will see two tabs here. 'customer search' or 'car search‘
- You can search by customer on name, phone number, Email'
- If you search by car this can be done at 'licence plate' or 'VIN' of the car
Select the customer or car from the results. From the loaded page, you can find all customer data, linked car(s) with all data, sent contact moments, called contact moments, missed contact moments and data mutations.
