As an importer or car group, you can create campaigns centrally and send them per branch. Campaigns are placed in the dealers' calendars and sent out after which the results can be viewed from a central point.
- Click on the main menu 'Reporting' and select 'overarching campaigns‘
- Planned and sent campaigns are visible in view.
- Click on a campaign to view it by location
- You can see how many messages have been delivered per branch in the overview
- Below 'display' you can click on the icon to view the message as sent
- Below 'name' is the subject of the e-mail
- If the magnifying glass icon is visible, but no number is visible yet, then the campaign has been scheduled by the dealer, but not yet sent.
- For more details on eDMs sent by branch, click on the button marked 'delivered'. Additional columns become visible 'accessed' and 'clicked' - repsecitevelijk COR and CTO.
- Click on the download icon to download and further edit the figures, for example in Excel or spreadsheets.
