To confirm an appointment with a customer whose car is to be picked up and returned.
1. Select ´Pickup and delivery´ as a spontaneous message
2. Find and select the customer by clicking on the line
3. Select medium ´email´
4. Fill in the fields by clicking on them and click ´update´
5. Check the setup of the e/mail and click ´send´. If necessary, fill in another e/mail address of the person who should receive a copy.
