Setup contact moments of the underlying car companies

To view and compare the activated and set contact moments as an importer or car group, a page has been built to do this perfectly.

Select 'setup contact moments' from the information menu.

Settings per contact moment

Per contact moment, you can see what the settings are per dealer for sending or following up a contact moment.

Medium (1)

    Here you will find, in order of preference, the channels of a contact moment. 

    The first symbol from the example above is e-mail. If no e-mail address is known from the customer then an SMS is sent. If no GSM / Mobile number is also known then a postcard is sent.

    Types (2)

      Contact moments can be activated as 'spontaneous message', placed in the 'feeds list' or 'follow up'.

      Red: Not active / Green: Active

      Spontaneous message: contact moment that cannot be triggered via a date or action or that the contact moment is also made available as spontaneous. 

      Sending list: contact is automatically placed in the sending list as soon as the criteria are met.

      Follow-up list: contact moment is automatically placed in the call list as soon as criteria are met.

        Criteria values (4)

        Of the contact moment, the values are listed here. With the individual values per se, you don't know when something is calculated exactly (you'd have to step on the plane icon). But to show differences between dealers, you can compare the figures.

        Automatic dispatch (5)

        If the icon is coloured green, the contact is sent automatically on a daily basis.

        If you hover your cursor over the green icon (at 5), the criteria and shipping time will be displayed.

          View settings per dealer

          It is possible to compare contact moments or show all contact moments of one dealer in one overview. Then click on the 'settings per dealer' tab.
