The blue 'save' button at the top of the screen allows you to save your template. Decide whether you want to overwrite another template or save it under a new name.
Send eDM now
If you want to send the template to your customers immediately after saving, click the box at 'send eDM now'. Enter the subject of the e-mail and you will be guided through the next steps.
