All communications sent by dealer can be found on this page. You can set a period and view the number of contact moments by type and medium.
Select 'sent' from the information main menu.

Period filter
Select a date from and a date to to select the period from which you wish to view the contact moments sent.

The number of contact moments sent and the number of contact moments not sent are shown for each dealer.

Sent by medium
To view how many contact moments were sent per medium per dealer, click the + icon in the 'not sent' column.

Apply country, brand and type of contact filters
If you want to apply filters to the figures by species, you can do so via the dropdown menus by species in the bar.

Details of messages sent by dealer
Click on a dealer line in the overview to see the dealer's figures in detail.

Clicking on the number shows the customers to whom a contact has been sent of the type you select. The statistics of the period are displayed in the screen.
Unlike the car company, you cannot view the status per customer from this page (you cannot view customer details).

E-mail stats per dealer
To view and compare e-mail satistics by dealer, you can click on the + icon in the e-mail column. The opening order (COR), Clicked mails versus opened mails (CTO) and clicked mails versus delivered mails (CTR) will be shown.

Compare period
If you want to see the trend in the number of contact moments sent, you can compare the current selection with a period you can set. Click the 'compare' button and select the period from and the period to.

You can see the difference in the number of contact moments sent per car company.

By clicking on the + icons, you can view further data. For example, developments in the opening email figures.

Unsent messages
Calculated contact moments that have not been sent can also be viewed.
- Deleted: these are contact moments manually removed by a dealer
- Missed: these are contact moments that were relevant but due to a mutation in the data or relevance were not sent at a certain time.
Click on a number to see at which customers a moment was not sent.
