Shipping list / follow-up list
Number of calculated contact moments divided into sent and unsent.
Details numbers
For each medium, you can click on the number and a pop-up window will open with the details of the customers and status of the communication.
Deleted and missed contact moments are also selectable. A missed contact moment was calculated but not sent so it was ultimately irrelevant.
Making a selection
If you want to make a selection of a specific period, you can click on the date fields, select a brand if necessary and click on the 'show' button.
Download selection
To download a selection, click the 'download' button. All items sent will be loaded into an Excel file, including the follow-up list and marketing campaigns.
Note! To download a selection, first click on the 'show' button.
Marketing campaigns
This works the same as the above but customer details are not shown, only the number of e-mails, SMS messages or cards sent. By clicking on 'preview Email', you can preview the communication.
