Find a customer by name, customer number, phone number or email address. Find all information about customer, car, visit dates, sent, missed and deleted contact moments and call history.
Click on 'search' in the 'your relations' menu

Customer search
Search for a customer by entering a value in the search field. You can search using the following data:
- Customer name
- Customer number
- Email address
- Phone number

View customer details
Select a customer from the list and the screen will open showing all customer details as stored in your DMS.

Viewing connected cars
Click on the 'cars' tab to see which vehicles are linked to this customer.

Click on the car itself to find all information about it. More on this it the car search menu.

Contact moments sent
In the 'sent contact moments' tab, you will find all communications sent by e-mail, SMS and card. The status of the message is also shown in the list if it is traceable.
If you want to filter by message type, you can
- hide all contact moments calculated and sent
- hide all mailings

Call list history
All calculated call moments are displayed in the 'call list hostory' tab. By date and type, you can see here that a call time was calculated and whether it was executed.

Missed contact moments
Contact moments that were calculated but not sent are found in the 'missed/deleted' tab.

Comments
Any comments we capture for your company, for example in the 'after workshop visit' messages, can be seen in the 'comments' tab.

Data changes
All changes around the car are saved and displayed under 'data mutations'.
