When a campaign is prepared for your company by the importer, you can view, modify and send it in the eDM calendar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on 'eDM calendar' in the marketing menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on a calendar eDM to open it. This can be done anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The information icon shows a description of the campaigns if entered by the importer. Place the cursor on the icon and the text automatically becomes visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email subject<\/strong>ing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The set subject is visible. Modify the subject of the e-mail if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can customise the sending profile of the e-mail. Three profiles are available for your company. General, salen and after sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preview of the e-mail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To preview the e-mail template, click the icon with the magnifying glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selection criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your importer cannot view data linked to your company. However, it is possible to use selection criteria <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the icon on the right to view the set criteria and adjust them if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date and time of shipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The optimal shipping time is set by your importer. You can set the shipping date and time by clicking on the calendar icon and clock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping deadline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The eDM is available until set at the bottom. You cannot change it. If the date has passed then the campaign is automatically removed from the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you have made adjustments, click the 'save' button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activate campaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the 'save and activate' button to send the e-mailing or get it ready to send at the set sending time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove campaign from calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the settings icon to remove an e-mailing from the calendar. Click the 'delete calendar item' button in the pop-up menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a campaign for your company is set up by the importer, you can view, edit and send it in the eDM calendar. Click on \u2018eDM calendar\u2019 in the marketing menu. Click on an eDM calendar to open it. You can do this from anywhere.
