Find a customer by name, customer number, phone number or email address. Find all information about customer, car, visit dates, sent, missed and deleted contact moments and call history.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on 'search' in the 'your relations' menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer search<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Search for a customer by entering a value in the search field. You can search using the following data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Customer name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Customer number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Phone number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    View customer details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Select a customer from the list and the screen will open showing all customer details as stored in your DMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Viewing connected cars<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the 'cars' tab to see which vehicles are linked to this customer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the car itself to find all information about it. More on this it the car search menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Contact moments sent<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the 'sent contact moments' tab, you will find all communications sent by e-mail, SMS and card. The status of the message is also shown in the list if it is traceable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you want to filter by message type, you can<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. hide all contact moments calculated and sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. hide all mailings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Call list history<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      All calculated call moments are displayed in the 'call list hostory' tab. By date and type, you can see here that a call time was calculated and whether it was executed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Missed contact moments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Contact moments that were calculated but not sent are found in the 'missed\/deleted' tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Comments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Any comments we capture for your company, for example in the 'after workshop visit' messages, can be seen in the 'comments' tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Data changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      All changes around the car are saved and displayed under 'data mutations'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
