To make your account more secure, we use 2FA (two-factor authentication). Here, in addition to your password, you perform an additional check via an app on your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> From 1 July 2026<\/strong> 2FA is mandatory. Without activation, you can no longer log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to activate 2FA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to the Contact module<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to 'My profile'<\/strong> (top left of screen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on 'Set up 2FA login'<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Enter the 6-digit code that appears in the app<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After activation, you will be automatically logged out. You then log in with your password and the code from the app.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
