{"id":2717,"date":"2025-10-14T13:38:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T12:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.contactmodule.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=2717"},"modified":"2025-10-14T14:03:33","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T13:03:33","slug":"preview-voorbeeld-van-een-e-mailtemplate","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.contactmodule.com\/en\/knowledgebase\/preview-voorbeeld-van-een-e-mailtemplate\/","title":{"rendered":"Preview of an e-mail template"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you want to view or share an e-mail template you have created with a colleague, there are two options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the 'marketing' menu in the main menu and select 'templates'<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the template for which you want to send a preview or test e-mail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 1: Send test e-mail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this option to send the tempalte as an e-mail message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>the e-mail is sent in the specifications as created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the received message is not suitable for forwarding to a colleague, for example.<\/strong> When an e-mail is sent, the display of the message is determined by the mail provider and the machine on which you view the e-mail.
