Pour rendre votre compte plus s\u00fbr, nous utilisons l'authentification \u00e0 deux facteurs (2FA). En plus de votre mot de passe, cela permet d'effectuer un contr\u00f4le suppl\u00e9mentaire via une application sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remarque :<\/strong> De 1er juillet 2026<\/strong> Le 2FA est obligatoire. Sans activation, vous ne pouvez plus vous connecter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment activer 2FA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Se connecter au module Contact<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Aller \u00e0 Mon profil<\/strong> (en haut \u00e0 gauche de l'\u00e9cran)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cliquez sur Configurer la connexion 2FA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Scanner le code QR avec une application d'authentification (telle que Google Authenticator ou Microsoft Authenticator)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Entrez le code \u00e0 6 chiffres qui appara\u00eet dans l'application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Apr\u00e8s l'activation, vous serez automatiquement d\u00e9connect\u00e9. Vous vous connectez ensuite avec votre mot de passe et le code de l'application.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

    Om uw account beter te beveiligen, maken we gebruik van 2FA (tweefactorauthenticatie). Naast uw wachtwoord voert u hierbij een extra controle uit via een app op uw telefoon.
