Customise templates
The available media for your business are displayed under the 'edit' button. Click on e-mail / sms / card view the brand(s) that are activated. If a bullet colours green behind the heading email / sms / card then a template is present. When orange, not for all brands and when red, no template has been created. Click on the brand to view the languages available for your company. Below the language is a note indicating whether it was created by yourself or whether the template of the brand / dealer group or importer is used. The moment you make a change, it says 'Created by you'.
To change the content of a template, click 'view/change template'. You can now make any changes you want and save the changes.
