The sales contact moments are divided into the following categories:
- Interest - initial contacts with a prospect
- Selection - targeted interest has been shown in a car
- Buy - the contact moments around the purchase of a car
- Episode - contact moments before and after delivery of the car

After-sales contact moment categories
The sales contact moments are divided into the following categories:
- Invitation - targeted messages for making a workshop appointment
- Appointment - confirming and reminding appointment
- Follow up - following up on a workshop visit or other point of contact
- Win Back - contact moments to avoid losing customers out of sight
