Managing contact moments (quick guide)

Contact moments come in different categories and types. They are fully manageable per type and brand. From calculation and setting up the message to follow-up and reporting. Marketing automation you can manage yourself.

Contact moments by category

Contact moments are classified by category on several layers

  1. By department, to be selected as tab
    • sales
    • after sales
    • spontaneous message
    • other
  2. By contact type, selectable under the arrows
    • at Sales
      • Interest
      • Buy
      • Episode
      • Follow-up
    • at After Sales
      • Invitation
      • Visit
      • Follow-up
      • Win back

Contact moments by species

For each phase in a sales or after-sales process, you will find the contact moments themselves. You can manage two things per contact moment

  1. set the criteria to calculate and send the moment
  2. set up and customise the messages the customer receives
